About Us
Two Decades of Sculpting Lifestyles
Founded by Mohamed Mansour and Islam El Tarouty, AOC has spent over 20 years setting the standard for premium construction and design across Egypt and the UAE.
Our Story
Built on a Philosophy, Proven by Two Decades
Founded over 20 years ago by Mohamed Mansour and Islam El Tarouty, Art of Construction (AOC) is a premier contracting and interior design company operating across Egypt and the UAE.
Built on our core philosophy — "We Don't Build Buildings. We Sculpt Lifestyles." — we bring two decades of expertise to luxury residential construction, commercial real estate, bespoke interior design, and the petroleum sector.
From our headquarters in Alexandria to our extensive work in the Emirati market, AOC is defined by uncompromising execution, structural excellence, and end-to-end turnkey finishing. We transform architectural blueprints into timeless, move-in-ready environments, setting the standard for premium construction and real estate investment across the Middle East.
Our Values
What We Stand For
Uncompromising Execution
Every project is delivered to the highest standard — no shortcuts, no compromises. Our commitment to precision is what separates AOC from the rest.
Structural Excellence
We engineer for longevity. From foundation to finish, every element is built to endure, combining technical mastery with aesthetic refinement.
End-to-End Ownership
We manage every phase — design, construction, and turnkey finishing — so our clients receive a seamless, move-in-ready result without the complexity.
Timeless Design
We don't follow trends. We create environments that transcend them — spaces that feel as relevant and refined decades from now as they do on handover day.
"We Don't Build Buildings. We Sculpt Lifestyles."
